BirdLife Western Australia covers the entire state of Western Australia, as well as Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Christmas Island and Ashmore Reef. Birdlife Australia is a very active group with a wide variety of activities for members and the general community. There are excursions, community education, meetings, projects and a photography group. They have provided significant time, investment, and expert advice in the information and photography presented throughout the website.

Water Corporation

Sponsor

Water Corporation is the principal supplier of water, wastewater, drainage and bulk irrigation services across the state.

Climate change means we all have a role to play to protect and adapt the way we use water. To improve green space and biodiversity in neighbourhoods, we work with local government and the community, including the Drainage for Liveability Program and Waterwise Greening Scheme. We also provide waterwise advice and offers to help you save water at home.

Water Corporation contributed funding and technical information for the development of the ReWild Perth website.

SUPPORTERS

ReWild Perth would like to thank those who have provided countless images and content for the development of this website. All images acknowledge photographers and the source of the image. Particular gratitude goes to Georgina Steytler, Sian Mawson, Ry Beaver, and Kit Prendergast who provided amazing images for this website.

Atlas of Living Australia

Supporter

The Atlas of Living Australia (ALA) is a collaborative, digital, open infrastructure that pulls together Australian biodiversity data from multiple sources, making it accessible and reusable. ALA provides data and source imagery for environmental education and citizen science activities, such as ReWild Perth.

Lands for Wildlife & Department of Biodiversity, Conservation, and Attractions

Supporter

Do you live outside of the metro-region, but still want to help local biodiversity? Land for Wildlife is the best place to start. It is a voluntary scheme run by the State Government to encourage and assist private landholders to provide wildlife habitat on their property. You can help conserve wildlife, and at the same time protect the production values of your land, by managing bush remnants for conservation.
